Balazs Hajdics is a coach, trainer and facilitator. He has 16 years of work experience, 12 of which he has spent helping individuals, teams and organizations evolve, adapt and achieve various goals, 4 of which he has spent as a Software Engineer.
He is an excellent Coach, Facilitator and Agilist but what sets him apart from the rest of the market is his extensive training in the latest psychological research (ACT & RFT), an evidence-based unified model of human functioning.
He helps organisations evolve, teams make better decisions and reach the highest possible performance and leaders and businesses adapt to changing environments by using a combination of cutting edge behaviour science, Agile frameworks, methods and practices and Facilitation.
Balazs also provides 1-to-1 coaching for a wide range of goals and issues for interested private individuals and leaders.
He believes that lasting and effective organizational change is not possible without tackling both the practical aspects (e.g. frameworks, tools, processes, org design, etc.) and the psychological aspects (e.g. organizational culture, decision making, team dynamics, leadership, etc.) of your organization. Balazs has experience in almost 10 different industries: Oil & Gas, Mobile, Web and E-Commerce, Games, Simulation Software, VFX, Finance and Fintech. Balazs also has several years of experience helping people in a 1-to-1 coaching setting with a wide range of goals.
He has extensive product development and project delivery experience ranging from small ones (a few person weeks) to large ones (several hundred person months, multiple teams, scaled Agile).
He has a deep understanding of and experience with a wide range of Agile methods, frameworks and practices: Scrum, Kanban, eXtreme Programming (XP) (including TDD, CI/CD), ScrumBan, Lean Startup, DevOps, NEXUS, LeSS and can work with you to tailor a solution to your own unique situation and needs. He also has experience is classic project management (PRINCE2) and delivered quite a few waterfall projects as well.
